The 6.45 Club

The 6.45 Club is a kids club that runs throughout
the winter session for young people aged 5 and up. It is
really a Sunday school that runs on a Monday night. We get
many young people along to these meeting. The numbers normally
range from 15 to 25 sometimes.
During the meeting the kids sing choruses
(many of which are available for download in the Resources
section of this site) and take part in quizzes. The night
is normally rounded off by the telling of a bible story,
or some other kind of bible related lesson.
Some nights we try to give them something
different to do in the form of an activity night. This can
be anything from making Mothers Day cards (depending on
the time of year of course!) to painting up set pieces for
their Parents Evenings. We try as hard as possible to come
up with new and exciting ideas in order to get the kids
involved, and hopefully in turn get them to bring others
in the prayerful hope that they will come to know Christ
as their Saviour.
